Beauty and the Beast Live on Stage is a live Broadway-style musical based on the 1991 film Beauty and the Beast. The show is located at Sunset Boulevard of Disney's Hollywood Studios in the Walt Disney World Resort. Disneyland in Anaheim, California and Disneyland Park in France also had its own versions but are both closed.
A Version of the show Beauty and the Beast: A Musical Spectacular will premiere on The Disney Cruise Line ship the Disney Treasure in 2025.

Once upon a time, a handsome prince lived in a large castle. Due to being waited on hand and foot, the prince became selfish, cold, spoiled, unkind and cruel. One night, an old beggar women came to the castle and asked for shelter. The prince denied because of her disgusting appearance, but she soon revealed to be a beautiful enchantress. He begs for forgiveness but instead transformed him into something fitting for his cruel heart; a beast. Belle is a young lady who dreams of adventure and gets the adventure of a lifetime when she stumbles upon the Beast's castle.
