The Evil Emperor Zurg is a character from the Toy Story franchise who is nemesis of Buzz Lightyear. In the parks, he is main-antagonist of the Buzz Lightyear shooting attractions in Tomorrowland where he is voiced by Andrew Stanton and Frank Welker.

Background[]
Zurg is the fictional arch-nemesis of Buzz Lightyear, being the evil emperor of Planet Z who plans to conquer the universe and destroy Star Command. A notable figure of his was purchased along with various play-sets from Al's Toy Barn. One notable plot involved him stealing star-command's Crystallic Fusion Batteries to power his, "Secret Weapon", only for it to be destroyed by Buzz Lightyear and Star Command recruits, leading to Zurg's capture, imprisonment, and return to Al's Toy Barn.
