Chief Waves-A-Lot is the (somewhat offensive) nickname appointed to the Indigenous Chief character appearing on the Rivers of America.
History[]
This individual was chieftain of an unknown Indigenous tribe (possibly the Lakota), based out of one of the locations which made up, "Frontierland". He was known to be peaceful to travellers such as passing boats.

The chieftain can be seen on horseback, waving to the boats with what the captain identifies as a symbol of peace.
