Monsters, Incorporated, often shortened to Monsters, Inc. is the titular fictional organization from the film Monsters, Inc. (2001).

Monsters, Incorporated is the primary energy company for the city of Monstropolis in a world inhabited by monsters. The company uses high-tech doors to enter the human world and extract energy through the emotional reactions of children. Traditionally, they used scream power and scared children at night before moving onto the much more powerful use of laughter energy.

- While promoting Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor, ORAC-5 states, " Whether you have one eye or nine, take the time to see this show", alluding to the robot 9-Eye from The Timekeeper, the attraction which used the building before the Laugh Floor.
- In Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!, the company locker-room sometimes has a towel with the logo for the Hollywood Tower Hotel, the setting of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.[1]
