- The Nautilus was planned to appear in Tony Baxter's unbuilt Disneyland expansion Discovery Bay, with a backstory that it was salvaged by Jason Chandler and Ned Land.
- Captain Nemo's pipe-organ in the Nautilus used for the film and walk-through attraction was repurposed to depict the pipe-organ in Disneyland's Haunted Mansion.
