Octavia the Bobcat is a character from Tiana's Bayou Adventure.
History[]
Background[]
Octavia the Bobcat was an adventurous young bobcat who lived in the bayou of New Orleans during the 1920s and was described as a "Daredevil" with a love for climbing trees. Octavia was taught how to play a vaksin made of leaves by her grandfather, Pawpaw. Pawpaw and Octavia would perform in the bayou band of critters "Rara Fauna". Octavia was friends with the bear-cub, Sebastián, who was another member of the band alongside his family.
On February 27, 1927, Rara Fauna was found by Princess Tiana and Louis the Alligator then recruited to join their Bayou Community Band and to play at Fleur du Bayou. The Bayou Community Band would go on to perform nightly at the bayou's "Critter Co-Op". Pawpaw and Octavia would also go on international tour as "The Bayou Bobcats".

Tiana's Bayou Adventure[]
Pawpaw and Octavia appear as members of Rara Fauna. They later appear on the stairway of Fleur du Bayou.
Trivia[]
- It is unknown where Octavia's parents are.
- A bobcat also notably appears on the Frontierland attraction Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
