Trivia[]
- The three are similar to the Sis Moles who appeared in Song of the South (1946), a trio of mole sisters who had yellow bows and tutus and who were absent from Splash Mountain.
- The gag of opossums hanging upside-down over the ride vehicle is also used with the possums in Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.
- In Splash Mountain's successor attraction, Tiana's Bayou Adventure, there is the opossum character Beau the Opossum.
