Patricia, also referred to as Trish and Patty is a character from Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress. She is voiced by Debi Derryberry.

Background[]
Patricia is part of the family in Tomorrowland's Carousel Theatre; being the daughter of John and Sarah while the elder-sister of Jimmy.
In the turn-of-the-century of the 1900s, she took a, "Horseless Trolly" to have a date at a Valentine's Day dance. In the 1920s, she was seen having to wear a Statue of Liberty costume, hoping it wouldn't scare away her boyfriend, Theodore. In the 1940s, she is shown using exercise machines while her brother jokes about using her likeness for his ugly Jack O'Lanterns. In the 1940s, she had a boyfriend named Wilfred.
In the future timeline, Patricia is shown to be a student of the Progress Tech School of Urban Planning.
Development history[]
The daughter character in the attraction used to be named Jane and was voiced by Rhoda Williams, Rori Gwynne and Claudia Johnson. In a 1993 refurbishment, the character was reimagined as Patricia and was voiced by Debi Derryberry.

Trivia[]
- In the future scene, Patricia wears a sweater labelled "Progress Tech School of Urban Planning".[1] This is a tribute to Walt Disney's Progress City (the original name for EPCOT), and to the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover's, "Tomorrowland Urban Planning" section which contains the Progress City model and which was had this backstory element added the same year that Patricia's new sweater was. The Progress City model itself originates from the Carousel of Progress.
- Yen Sid's sorcerer's hat appears in Patricia's room in the 1940s sequence.[2]
