Sally Shine is a character from the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.

Sally Shine was a child-actress during the 1930s. She was sometimes accompanied by her nanny, Emeline Partridge.
Death[]
On the Halloween of 1939, Sally and Emeline attended the esteemed Hollywood Tower Hotel. They boarded an elevator manned by bellhop Dewey Todd, alongside Hollywood performers Carolyn Crosson and Gilbert London. While going up, the hotel's elevators were struck by lightning from the 5th Dimension, sending the elevators crashing down and killing the five people within while turning them into ghosts bound to the 5th Dimension.
Tower of Terror[]
The hotel was closed until being reopened the July of 1994, where the guests of the hotel's victims were encountered by new guests. Sally herself tried to help some guests survive the hotel's, "Shaft Creatures" and, "Malevolent Machine".

The deaths of the hotel guests was referenced in one newspaper, while a photo of the ghosts was featured in another.
The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror[]
Sally can be seen dying on the, "Lost Episode" in the pre-show, and is encountered as a ghost. A randomized fall scenario has her ghost appear and sing, "It's raining its pouring". At the end, she and the other spirits wave goodbye to the surviving guests. In Disney California Adventure's Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, there was a chalk symbol in the boiler-room where Sally's voice could be heard asking for help and saying that she didn't know where she was.

- Sally Shine is visibly inspired by child-actress Shirley Temple Black.
- In Disney California Adventure's Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, there was a chalk symbol in the boiler-room where Sally's voice could be heard asking for help and saying that she didn't know where she was. This was a reference to the Twilight Zone episode, "Little Girl Lost".
- Sally's voice in the queue of Disney California Adventure's Tower of Terror was provided by Kat Cressida, the same voice actress as Constance Hatchaway in the Haunted Mansion.
- Sally has a Mickey Mouse doll, often misremembered by guests as a Shirley Temple doll like the one in the lobby.
- In Twilight Zone Tower of Terror: A New Dimension of Chills, Sally sings the Twilight Zone TV show theme.
- Sally's actress Lindsay Ridgeway portrayed the character in both the ride and made-for-TV movie.
- The song Sally sings, "It's raining it's pouring" was first recorded in 1939, the year of Sally's death.
