Wonderland is a fictional location from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1865), present in the Disney Parks; particularly in Fantasyland.

Description[]

"Wonderland" is a nonsense-world where everything is as it isn't while what it isn't is what it is. It is filled with colourful residents including living inanimate objects and anthropomorphic animals, will all of Wonderland's denizens been mad. The entire land is ruled over by the tyrannical and decapitation obsessed Queen of Hearts along with her small sycophant husband and army of card soldiers. The entire realm exists within the imagination of the young girl Alice, however its world and inhabitants more frequently torment and terrorize her than fill her with wonder.

Wonderland is also one of the locations which makes up part of the magical world, "Fantasyland". This portion of Wonderland is merged with Fantasyland and the courtyard of Sleeping Beauty's Castle.
