The Xenomorph is the titular antagonist of Ridley Scott's 1979 horror/sci-fi classic Alien. The creature appeared on the Great Movie Ride.
Description[]
The Alien is a large humanoid apex-predator, with dark black skin, a prehensile set of jaws within its mouth, highly acidic blood, a long tail, and several tube-like appendages coming from its spine.
History[]
The Xenomorph species was sought after by evil mega-corporation Weyland-Yutani, who sent the space-ship of low-income space-workers aboard The Nostromo to retrieve its eggs in a wreck without informing them of the nature of their cargo. One of the eggs latched onto a crew-member and forcibly impregnated with a Xenomorph which went on to burst from the astronaut's chest, and run rampant throughout the Nostromo where it killed off the crew one-by-one. Eventually, the Xenomorph was killed by Nostromo crew-member, Ellen Ripley.
